His mother had instilled in him a profound appreciation for both traditional Greek cuisine and the enchanting tales of the gods. In tribute to her influence and her admiration for Hermes, the messenger of the gods, Petro named his new restaurant “Hermès.” The establishment combines the rich flavors of Greek culinary heritage with a touch of mythological charm, creating a dining experience that celebrates both his grandmother’s legacy and the timeless allure of Greek mythology.
